Oracle Fusion ERP - Senior Consultant - Architect

We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering end-to-end implementation solutions, leveraging expertise in Enterprise Performance Management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on implementation projects, ensuring deliverables meet established standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and guide a team of developers to achieve project goals.
• Engage in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design using AIM, OUM, or similar methodologies.
• Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion finance modules, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Translate functional requirements into actionable designs and ensure offshore delivery.
• Lead solution design, fit-gap analysis, training, and testing sessions.
• Support business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs while preparing test scripts, test cases, and quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP Fusion finance modules.
• Participation in at least two full lifecycle implementations in Fusion finance.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS finance modules is a plus.
• Proven experience in client-facing delivery roles.

Additional Qualifications:

• Fluency in English or German.
• Advanced qualifications such as MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA are an advantage.
