    We are looking for a Microsoft D365 Application Specialist with a focus on Finance and Procurement to join our team and support projects in the Swiss market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing ERP solutions and a deep understanding of financial and legal regulations specific to Switzerland.


    Responsibilities

    • Analyze business needs and translate them into sustainable, cost-efficient solutions aligned with the Scania blueprint.
    • Plan and execute system and acceptance tests.
    • Configure security settings, processes, and application options.
    • Perform data migration and ensure seamless integration.
    • Handle setup, configuration, and ongoing management of common business processes.
    • Implement and manage financial modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Credit & Collection, and Procurement.


    Requirements

    • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft D365, specializing in Finance and Procurement.
    • 3–5 years of experience in implementing ERP projects.
    • Familiarity with ISV solutions such as Exflow and SK Global (preferred).
    • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
    • Solid understanding of configuration management tools, branching, and merging concepts.
    • Proficiency with editors, debuggers, and integrated development environments (IDEs).
    • Deep knowledge of financial and legal regulations in Switzerland, ensuring compliance in all implementations.
