Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. The successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders to drive work and provide strategic updates, while working in partnership with other project managers to drive the book of work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee complex projects to ensure they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements
* Engage with senior stakeholders to drive work and provide strategic updates
* Work in partnership with other project managers to drive the book of work
* Perform project planning, including backlog maintenance and securing commitment from stakeholders
* Discover sponsor requirements and manage communication with them and the project team
* Ensure analysis and requirements are performed, clear, and challenged
* Monitor execution and help spot and remove roadblocks
* Organize and coordinate work of workstreams, workshops, and meetings
* Monitor the execution of work with suppliers and internal teams
* Work on ROI, "what if" analysis, and other project analysis
* Prepare presentations, budget monitoring, roadmaps, and other project-related materials
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, with experience communicating with senior stakeholders
* Proven ability to manage expectations, prevent and mitigate conflict of interests, and manage stakeholders
* Experience working in global and dispersed teams
* Attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and provide practical solutions
