Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through their business and organizational transformation journeys, acting as a trusted advisor in project management topics.
• Offer strategic consultation based on client-specific needs and coordinate with teams across disciplines to deliver value.
• Plan and execute projects to ensure alignment with client requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure consistent, professional communication.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• A higher education degree in business, technology, science, or engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, particularly within large-scale, multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and time management.
• Fluent German language skills (C1 or higher) and strong command of English.
• Hands-on experience with change management, business analysis, and process transformation.
• Familiarity with project management tools, including MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
• Relevant certifications, such as Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in the Healthcare sector is an advantage.
