Release Manager

We are seeking a Release Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale or complex project releases. This role requires expertise in release and project management, ensuring successful implementation and coordination across multiple teams.

The Release Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders, guiding teams through the release lifecycle, managing risks, and ensuring seamless deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end release processes for complex projects, from scheduling to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and infrastructure teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Assess and mitigate risks, managing dependencies between projects and teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business units and technology teams, to ensure smooth change management.
• Monitor and report on release progress, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvements in release management processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications & Knowledge

• 7-10 years of experience in release/project management within a technology-driven environment.
• Experience leading large and complex releases across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of change impact assessment and cross-project dependencies.
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of enterprise business environments and procedures.
