We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Logistics & Procurement to support our team on leading and optimizing logistics and procurement operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding and developing the team,
- Analyzing and enhancing processes,
- Planning and managing logistics and procurement projects,
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners,
- Implementing new systems,
- Tracking and reporting on process quality and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics, procurement or supply chain roles,
- Deep understanding of logistics and procurement,
- Skilled in ERP, SAP WM/MM,
- Proven ability in team leadership, change management,
- Strong analytical skills.
