Required Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in Software Testing, including 2+ years in Software Test Management.
• Expertise in test management tools, testing methodologies, and reporting tools.
• Excellent people management and client-facing skills.
• Advanced project management capabilities.
• Ability to guide and mentor Senior Test Automation Engineers and Testers.
• ISTQB Test Manager certification (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2+ level) to collaborate in globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Familiarity with projects in the Public Sector.
