We’re looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to help us build the future of LiveKid. You would join our well seasoned engineering team of ~13 people.

In this role, you will be: 

• Building and maintaining our QA automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Uncovering process, tooling, and quality gaps negatively impacting our software.
• Prioritizing work to maximize quality improvement.
• Working closely with Software Engineers to elevate their role in quality development.
• Automating tests (API, web, mobile).
• Performing some manual tests.
• Having a huge impact on the LiveKid product quality from day one.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in test automation (API and E2E).
• Proficiency coding in at least one common testing framework and language. 
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality test automation projects.
• Problem-Solving skills and willingness to learn and develop personally.
• Ability to apply Pareto principle in practice and focus on improvement over perfection. 
• Working English proficiency and written communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience writing in Python, Typescript, or Gherkin.
• Experience using Playwright or Cypress frameworks.
• Experience with Github Actions.
• Experience with mentoring others how to write well-tested code and what is a relevant test.
