Title: Senior Node.js Developer / Backend Team Lead for Steam Trading Marketplace

Location: Remote

Salary: 27,000 - 40,000 PLN per month

🚀 About Us: We are launching a steam trading bot/service and are looking for a Senior Node.js Developer / Backend Team Lead to bring our first project to life. You will be at the forefront of developing a sophisticated platform using a microservice architecture amidst challenges like managing rate-limits and proxies.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement software architecture and microservices architecture.
• Handle backend development tasks using our tech stack.
• Collaborate directly with the company's co-founders and contribute to strategic planning.
• Manage deadlines and deliverables, with bonuses for clear goal achievement.
• Oversee aspects of DevOps, particularly within AWS environments.

💻 Tech Stack:

• Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript: Essential skills
• Kubernetes: Not required but highly beneficial
• Redis, PostgreSQL, TypeORM: Must have
• Microservices architecture: Critical expertise needed

👤 Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in building and managing microservices.
• Proficient in Node.js and NestJS, familiar with TypeScript.
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL and TypeORM for database management.
• Knowledgeable in Redis for caching solutions.
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Capable of leading backend teams and setting up DevOps in AWS environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
