Job Overview

We are seeking a Principal Engineer to help build and enhance the suite of tools used by our Data Department. In this role, you will be working together with our team of Developers and Data Specialists to identify and build innovative tools that allow us to maintain our position as a best-in-class provider of economic data.

Job Responsibilities:

At least 6 years of experience in software development projects – leading across full project lifecycle, time & effort estimations, experience with Agile/Scrum, managing requirements

A relevant university degree (BSc/MSc)

Product management experience and/or skills are a big asset

Excellent communication skills (including advanced English)

Full-stack developer with knowledge and experience including:

C# (Visual Studio, .NET Framework, .Net Core)

WPF

SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Web API (HTTP/REST/JSON)

Integration and unit tests

Experience in parallel programming in .NET

Working with large datasets, servers/services to GUI

Working with microservices

Experience implementing and/or using DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/logging tools a plus

Experience with implementing AI/LLM/ machine learning capabilities a plus
