Your responsibilites will include:

• Lead a team of data scientists, providing technical and strategic guidance
• Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and LLM-based applications
• Develop and optimize intelligent assistants using LLMs (GPT-4, Falcon 2, LLAMA 3, Mixtral), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent frameworks (Langraph, CrewAI)
• Define AI architecture and technical strategies to address complex business challenges
• Oversee data collection, preprocessing and model training processes
• Communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and the overall AI strategy of the organization

Apply, if you have:

• Min. 8 years of experience in data science, AI, and ML, with a strong focus on Generative AI
• Experience in team leadership and managing projects from concept to deployment
• Expertise in designing AI-driven solutions leveraging LLMs and advanced ML techniques
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and LLM-focused architectures (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs, multi-agent systems)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Polish
