POS Tester

We are looking for a POS Tester / Payment Systems Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of POS terminal applications and their integration with ECR cash registers. This role involves executing comprehensive functional tests, handling L3 certification, and supporting the implementation of POS applications while maintaining high-quality standards.

📍 Location: Hybrid (Warsaw)

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

✅ Perform functional, regression, and L3 certification testing for POS terminal applications.

✅ Test and validate integration between payment terminals and ECR cash registers.

✅ Implement POS applications, including configuring back-office systems (TMS, CBD, etc.).

✅ Conduct encryption key loading tests using MasterPOS tools.

✅ Execute end-to-end testing for terminal activation and application updates from TMS.

✅ Provide detailed test reports and escalate issues when necessary.

✅ Work closely with developers & stakeholders to ensure high system reliability.

✅ Maintain documentation of testing procedures and results in line with company standards.

🎯 Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in POS application testing.

✔️ Strong understanding of POS terminal technologies and card transaction systems (VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, etc.).

✔️ Hands-on experience with L3 certification testing and regression testing for POS systems.

✔️ Fluency in Polish and at least B2 level English proficiency

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills:

🔹 Familiarity with fleet cards and the EMV standard (contact & contactless transactions).

🔹 Ability to analyze transaction logs and troubleshoot issues.

🔹 Knowledge of ISO8583 authorization protocols and native Payment Organisation protocols.

🔹 Experience with PayDroid systems (Android for POS) and related hardware solutions.

🔹 Understanding of POS terminal & cash register integration protocols.

🔹 Basic knowledge of computer networks & security protocols (VPN-IPSec, SSL).

🔹 Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with test automation tools.
