Job overview

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager experienced in driving ERP integration development and managing business requirements from start to finish. If you are analytical, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and can handle multiple projects with a focus on results, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities and duties

• Act as a link between business operations and technical teams, such as integration and development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders & customers to understand business needs & translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Analyse new requirements and prepare detailed requirements specifications for upcoming developments.
• Define and document test cases & scenarios.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing.
• Collaborate with development teams by answering questions, testing, and documenting.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in procurement, accounting, finances processes within ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite or Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent ability to translate business needs into clear, logically structured requirements.
• Ability to dive into details, find solutions and solve problems
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with both customers as well as developers.
• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues, with a proactive approach to obtaining feedback on new features.
• Self-motivated and independent, capable of driving activities without constant oversight.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
