Our client is a boutique US-based digital agency that supports multiple startups and SMBs across various industries.
We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who feels comfortable making decisions when ambiguity arises. You will be embedded directly into the client’s team, working on one to three projects that share a common tech stack. Focus will be given to working on a single project at a time within defined weekly or sprint iterations to minimize context switching.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who prefers autonomy and end-to-end ownership of features, thrives in low-process, high-trust environments, and enjoys participating in early-stage product thinking.
Example projects you may work on:
- Cross-platform dating app. Built with React Native (Expo), Supabase, and Next.js. Supports web, iOS, and Android with a shared UI experience. Currently in active development.
- VR/MR teaching platform. WebSocket-based platform supporting communication with VR headsets (client built in Unity). The web side includes admin and teacher dashboards built in Next.js. Focus is on real-time interaction and reliability.
- Wildlife tracking portal. A web-only Next.js app for a non-profit managing wild horse populations. Used by internal staff and field volunteers to track medications, location, and herd stats.
- Study prep platform. Educational app using React Native and Supabase for mobile, and Next.js for web admin. Designed to help students structure and monitor study sessions. Mid-stage, under iterative improvements.
Type of engagement: outstaffing
