Azure Cloud Engineer

As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the LIS (Laboratory Information System) application, which enables the management of internal and external laboratory processes, collaborating with a diverse international team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based integrations between distributed systems using state-of-the-art design patterns.
• Develop and manage solutions using Logic Apps / Function Apps, Enterprise Service Bus, Azure API Management (APIM), RESTful APIs and/or Azure Connectors.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Azure Container Instances (ACI) or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Ensure security with OAuth 2.0 and Azure Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Monitor and optimize performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Azure Log Analytics.
• Collaborate using Git for version control and code management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Azure services such as Logic Apps, Function Apps, APIM, and Enterprise Service Bus.
• Experience with application containers (ACI, AKS) and integration of RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of Azure Security, Azure Connectors, Azure Load Balancer and monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures, microservices, integration design patterns, instrumentation and orchestration strategies, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in English for professional communication.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes to the USA.

Nice to have:

• Certification as an Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with .NET Framework, Terraform, and JSON/YAML.
