We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Mid Level Front-End Developer to join our vibrant and international team. As a Mid Level Front-End Developer, you will play a central role in crafting and implementing outstanding web solutions that drive results for our diverse range of high-profile clients.

About the role:

As a Mid Level Front-End Developer at Mozaiq, your role will be central and influential. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of visually appealing and highly functional web interfaces, with extensive expertise in frontend technologies, including React.js and other modern frameworks. You will work hand-in-hand with our design and backend teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Become a key member of an international marketing team, focusing on the digital aspect of campaigns and online presence.
• Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications, primarily using Vanilla JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Translate designs from Figma into functional and responsive web pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to bring designs to life and ensure functional requirements are met.
• Use Git for source code version control, ensuring smooth collaboration with other developers.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, applying best practices to ensure applications are modern, efficient, and scalable.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on efficient code and system performance.
• Participate actively in an Agile development process to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Ensure high testability of code, integrating thorough testing practices to maintain and improve software quality.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Advanced knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript and proficiency in frameworks such as Vue.js and React.js.
• Familiarity with Python, particularly with using Flask and managing Jinja templates for backend integration and customization.
• Proven ability in various types of testing, including end-to-end, regression, and unit tests, demonstrating a robust understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing responsive web designs and using CSS preprocessors such as SASS.
• Ability to effectively translate design documents and wireframes into functional, efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality code.
• Fluent in English, with superior written and verbal communication skills, as all internal communications are in English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a large team environment.
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experienced with Agile development practices and proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA.

The work is remote as our team is spread across the continents. We are open to flexible hours, however we may need you to be online between 18:00 and 20:30 CET (as part of the marketing team is US based, 6-9 hours behind).
