Senior Automation QA Engineer (with Robot framework and Python)

Our customer's product is an integrated facility management solution designed to streamline and optimize the management of facilities, assets, field services, energy, and refrigerants. It offers a comprehensive set of tools to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and control across the entire facility ecosystem.

We're looking for a passionate Automation QA Engineer to join the customer's team to help to elevate their product to the next level. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in web applications testing with a focus on automation and performance testing for web and mobile applications
• At least 4+ years of experience as automation QA
• Strong proficiency using Robot framework for automated testing and Python
• Experience with Postman, Swager
• Experience with performance testing using Neoload
• Strong understanding of testing processes and Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
• Strong experience working with test management systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior QAs.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Zoomba framework (Python) 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test cases using Robot Framework to ensure functionality, integration, and regression testing
• Design and implement API and UI test automation frameworks, making use of Robot Framework's keyword-driven approach
• Write custom Python libraries to extend the Robot Framework for specific testing requirements
• Performance testing using Neoload
• Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and ensure appropriate testing coverage
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on best practices for automation and performance testing
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality standards for test code
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Generate and maintain detailed test reports, logs and performance metrics
