The Coupa system, is selected as part of the our digitalization transformation strategy. Indirect Purchasing and Finance set out for a benchmark global integrated enterprise procurement system that would provide a user friendly, expandable, and upgradeable tool to help facilitate the complexities within indirect purchasing.
Your responsibilities:
▪ Lead the technical deployment of new Coupa rollouts, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT best practices.
▪ Lead end-to-end system configuration of all in-scope Coupa modules.
▪ Conduct technical assessment of new business requests and provide recommendations on system architecture and integrations.
▪ Stay updated with the latest Coupa product upgrades and industry trends, and the Coupa release management process.
▪ Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
▪ Lead the IT configuration of the Coupa country rollouts on-time per the global project plan, meeting documented business and IT requirements.
▪ No major business escalations following new business requirements implementation, new modules deployment, or ongoing Coupa releases.
▪ Transfer Coupa specific knowledge to the L2 and L3 teams, setting them for long term success while ensuring an optional balance between user experience, configuration complexity, and support requirements.
Our requirements:
▪ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Coupa administrator, system architect, and/or implementation consultant.
▪ Experience in leading requirements gathering, design, and configuration for Sourcing, Procurement, Invoicing, and Supplier Information Management, in at least two end-to-end Coupa implementations.
▪ Extensive knowledge of the Coupa platform, including technical architecture, API and sFTP integration capabilities, and customization options.
▪ Understanding of Source-to-Pay workflows and relationships with upstream and downstream processes.
▪ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
▪ Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
▪ Strong project and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and expectations simultaneously.
▪ Background in Information Technology, Procurement, or Finance.
