Data Analyst

Join Natek as a Senior Data Analyst and support a top global pharmaceutical company!

The Data Analyst will enhance the way we capture, organize, and leverage data to surface and deliver insights, to increase business performance. We are seeking an individual to partner with IT to establish good data governance practices and develop a strategy for leveraging data to gain a deeper insight into business.

Working in this area will require key capabilities including advanced data management skills, healthcare industry domain knowledge, solid project management, stakeholder influencing and relationship building skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English will be a must

Mode of work: hybrid 3 times/week (Warsaw or Cracow)

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for leveraging data
• Define the common data model vision, data sourcing approach, data transformation approach and data reconciliation approach
• Identify Data sources and drive data-related key design decisions
• Monitor the quality of the data to ensure global data integrity and global reporting consistency
• Oversee data accuracy processes, goals, assessment and effectively communicating data models to development team members to ensure proper implementation and utilization of the data structures
• Query data sets to confirm/validate business rules/requirements, and ensure resolution of data conflicts between systems and within systems data universe
• Support overall data architecture and develop, prioritize, recommend initiatives, and deploy solutions to improve and build upon the data architecture to support the business
• Cooperate with vendors and multiple stakeholders on various seniority levels, across functions
• Understand new data privacy / data management guidelines, and drive implementation of required actions

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics driving broad data initiatives, leading projects such as data strategy, data governance or advanced analytics
• Experience in working and delivering in a global organization
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
• Proficient in SQL, Python and/or PowerBI
• Strong understanding of database environments
• Proficient at absorbing large volumes of complex information
• Expert knowledge of data modeling techniques and tools
• Details oriented and demonstrated data analysis experience
• Ability to design and implement algorithms for data mapping and analysis
• Good communication skills and comfortable dealing with all types and levels of stakeholders
• Strong project management, planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
