We are seeking a skilled 

Software Architect (Web App Architect) 

to lead and design scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, defining project requirements, and ensuring the technical excellence of our applications. The position is remote, but requires one day per week in the Warsaw office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web application development.
• Document architectural designs, code guidelines, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating in an onsite-offshore model.
• Proven experience as a Web Architect, working with various tools and architectures in the web ecosystem.
• Expertise in Django framework.
• Solid knowledge of React, JavaScript, and the JS ecosystem.
• Strong architectural and design skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proficiency in automated testing for both frontend and backend.
• Experience with Azure web hosting.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS planning, design, and scalability.
• System integration experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with messaging technologies.
• Prior experience as a team lead for developers.

Compensation:

• Up to 2,000 PLN per day
