As we scale, we’re looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to shape our product’s future and grow our design team.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll define the UX/UI vision for our product while building and mentoring a design team. You’ll establish design systems, workflows, and best practices to ensure our solutions are intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design Leadership: Define and execute the end-to-end design process, from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Team Growth: Build and mentor a high-performing design team.
• Design Systems: Create and maintain a scalable design system for consistency.
• User-Centric Approach: Conduct research and testing to inform design decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows using tools like Figma and JIRA.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead discovery sessions to align design with business goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven leadership skills (team building/mentoring in startups or scale-ups).
• Mastery of Figma (other tools like Sketch/Adobe XD are a plus).
• Agile/Lean experience with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, payments, or QR code technology.
• Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS, prototyping).
• Background in motion design or micro-interactions.
