Application QA Engineer

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner in the banking sector, we are looking for Application QA Engineer, Hybrid work (Warsaw).

Your duties will include:

• Design and execute test cases for desktop applications focusing on network connectivity, TCP/IP protocols, and hardware interactions
• Validate client-server communications and data transmission integrity
• Test hardware peripheral connections and interactions
• Perform functional, hardware compatibility, regression, and integration testing
• Document and track software and hardware-related defects
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation
• Collaborate with developers for issue reproduction and debugging
• Validate application behavior under different network conditions and hardware configurations
• Monitor and analyze system resource usage and performance 

Requirements that must be met:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware architecture
• Experience with device drivers and hardware interfaces (Windows + Linux)
• Proficiency in using network analysis tools (Wireshark, Fiddler, OpenWRT)
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic scripting/programming skills
• Very good English and Polish
