People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Business Analyst (Relocation to Belgium)
Your duties will include:
- Collect and analyze business requirements related to AI, machine learning, data mining, and business intelligence solutions.
- Specify and design user-friendly presentation interfaces with optimal usability and user experience.
- Develop data models based on specific problem statements and business needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of analytics architecture, including performance, physical design, and capacity planning.
- Write and maintain documentation for tasks and communicate with other project teams to manage cross-project interdependencies.
- Work closely with data stewards and IT stakeholders to define data rules and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop automated anomaly detection systems and monitor their performance.
- Use state-of-the-art methods for data mining, processing, and cleansing.
- Analyze IT architecture and coordinate the implementation of solutions in NLP, ML, and AI fields, focusing on master- and meta-data management.
- Perform analysis of business requirements, models, processes, and risks, and contribute to project documentation, such as Business Cases, Vision Documents, and Security Plans.
Requirements that must be met:
- Strong knowledge of the natural language processing (NLP) systems lifecycle and agile software development methodologies.
- Experience in corpus-based linguistics, alignment models, and classification methods.
- Proven expertise in data analytics, big data, non-structured databases, and data lakes.
- Good understanding of information systems and administrative business processes in large organizations.
- Familiarity with analysis and modeling tools (e.g., use case diagrams, entity-relationship models, BPMN, UML).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile).
- Advanced knowledge of Data Analytics techniques, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, and PERL.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, SAS, SAP, GoodData).
- Expertise in ETL processes and tools (e.g., SAS, Talend Open Studio).
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of scalable data store architecture and implementation.
- Very good English and Polish
- Relocation to Belgium required
