Devops Engineer

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Devops Engineer.

Your duties will include:

• System Implementation: Support in launching the system in the production environment, including automation of deployment, configuration, and testing processes.
• System Maintenance: Monitoring, incident handling, log analysis, and quick failure resolution.
• System Development: Introducing changes in change management mode and deploying application components in production and lower environments within CI/CD.
• Technical Support: Resolving ongoing technical issues and collaborating with internal teams.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Automation based on scripts within IaaC and CI/CD, and continuous improvement of system performance and reliability.
• Business Continuity: Planning and executing Disaster Recovery procedures and recovery tests.

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience with technologies used in the platform (Ceph, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Prometheus, ELK stack, GIT).
• Ability to create and maintain scripts in programming languages such as Python, Bash.
• Ability to create and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Skills in analyzing, building, and compiling code in the CI/CD process.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL).
• Experience in managing large high-availability (HA) production systems.
• Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator).
• Very good English and Polish
• Availability on-call duty
• Readiness to start project in February 2025
