DevOps Engineer

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for DevOps Engineer.

Your duties will include:

• Managing repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Setting up and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Working with Kubernetes (K8s) and alternative deployment methods (Docker Compose, K3s).
• Supporting and optimizing GitLab CI/CD workflows.
• Monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Promtail, Elasticsearch, and Grafana Tempo.
• Writing automation scripts in Bash, Python, or similar.
• Managing cloud-agnostic environments and on-premise deployments.
• Collaborating on cloud migration strategies (from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to a European provider).

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum mid -level experience in DevOps, with a strong hands-on approach.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with Kubernetes (Helm, Argo CD).
• Knowledge of monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.).
• Cloud flexibility – experience with various cloud providers and hybrid/on-prem solutions.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with storage solutions and cloud services.
• Open-mindedness and adaptability to different technologies.
• Very good English and Polish
