Senior DevOps Engineer

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer.

Your duties will include:

• System Deployment: Support in launching the system in a production environment, including automation of deployment, configuration, and testing processes.
• System Maintenance: Incident handling, log analysis, and rapid issue resolution.
• System Development: Implementing changes within change management processes and deploying application components in production and lower environments as part of CI/CD.
• Technical Support: Resolving ongoing technical issues and collaborating with internal teams.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Automation using scripts within IaaC and CI/CD, as well as continuous improvement of system performance and reliability.
• Business Continuity: Planning and executing Disaster Recovery procedures and recovery testing.

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience: Senior level - at least several years of practical experience in DevOps.
• Repository management, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, environment configuration, IaaC (Infrastructure as Code), etc.
• Technology flexibility: You are not tied to one technology, cloud provider or solution. Experience with more than one cloud will be an advantage.
• Kubernetes: We use K8s, but you should also be able to set up an environment using alternative methods such as Docker Compose or k3s.
• Cloud-independent mindset: We currently use Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, but are planning to migrate to a European provider. Key skills include developing cloud-independent solutions and the ability to deploy local systems.
• Very good English and Polish
