IT Project Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Management to join our team. As a member of the IT Project Management track, you will lead project teams and contribute to the achievement of business objectives through effective project management methodologies. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably with PMP and Agile certification, and possesses a strong understanding of current industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects independently or assist the project/program manager in handling project data and reporting.
• Follow project management best practices and implement a recommended project framework for scheduling, resourcing, and monitoring.
• Handle multiple small/medium projects simultaneously and manage medium complexity projects on your own.
• Identify project risks and make suggestions for improvement.
• Lead project teams with guidance, manage conflicts, and promote project management best practices.
• Collaborate with team members, project leads, sponsors, and vendors for successful project delivery.
• Manage change control processes and integrate vendors into project activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply them to our processes.

Qualifications:

• Business English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of IT or related discipline project management experience, with PMP and Agile certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing.
• Strong systems and process orientation.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently, without close supervision.
• Self-starter with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability and desire to foster the development of junior team members.
• Experience with CRM (Dynamics, CX SAP, Salesforce), SAP ERP, Pricing tools (optional).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
