IT Administrator

Premotec Poland is a software development company located in Krakow and is a daughter company of the Swiss company Premotec GmbH. Our main focus is on developing web applications for education and training organizations and developing apps for food data management. Our young and dynamic team is looking for an IT Administrator.

Your tasks:

• Administration of Ubuntu operating systems and its services
• Administration of our on-permise Kubernetes cluster
• Engineering of Helm Charts for our applications
• Development of CI/CD pipelines for our applications
• Development of monitoring and management tools
• Development of operational and emergency procedures
• Leading the implementation processes of new IT systems

Your required profile:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with the administration of Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of containerization preferably Kubernetes
• Knowledge of protocols such as HTTP/S, DNS, SMTP
• Knowledge of Shell/Bash
• Experience with Rancher, Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines preferably with GitLab
• Basic knowledge of Git

Additional skills (nice to have):

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Basic development skills with JavaScript 
• Basic knowledge of KeyCloak
• Basic knowledge in the administration of GitLab
