About project:
The basis for launching the project was to listen to the voices of customers and to analyse the competition in terms of the digitalisation of corporate banking products and services, especially those dedicated to financial institutions. Today, the main objective of the products built by the team is to improve the customer experience and improve business processes, mainly in the area of institutional customers, but also in the area of corporate RBI and network banks. The team actively implements solutions for the platform, building its own solutions and connecting existing ones so that the user can access them by using the same login and password.
What we are doing:
- In our tribe, we drive the digital journey for our corporate and institutional clients across our banking network in Austria and CEE
- Our digital assets cover banking products (e.g. documentary business, loans, accounts, export finance, etc) and services (e.g KYC, research, etc.)
- With this, we are on the forefront of digital development in our entire banking group
- SCRUM based cooperation with development team
This is how we work:
- Our tribe is located in Warszawa and Vienna, with around a 50/50 split. You will be operating from Poland, with the possibility of home-office work. Regular tribe gatherings will be in Vienna or Warsaw
- We work 100% agile, following scrum to the book
- Our Tribe consists of 2 teams, whereby each team has full end to end responsibility for run and change the bank for it’s products / services
- Each team consists of backend and frontend developer, tester, business analyst, DevOps, UX Designer
- On tribe level we are lead by a business owner, product owner and delivery manager. Your daily work will be facilitated by a scrum master
- We offer our products and services to multiple banks in our network. Thus, you will be interacting with colleagues in head office (Vienna) and our network banks (e.g. Kosovo, Hungary, Serbia, etc.)
Your responsibilities:
- analyzing current processes and identify opportunities for optimization within the bank
- implementation of optimized business processes on myRaiffeisen.com platform
- designed for Corporate and Institutional Clients
- elicitation and documentation of business and technical requirements
- translation of business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development cycles
- creation of comprehensive documentation, including business cases, technical specifications, user stories, and process maps
- close cooperation with Product Owner, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure that business requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the development team
Our requirements:
- minimum 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst (preferably with Banking/ Financial Services Industry experience), experience and understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, would be an asset
- process design and optimization experience, knowledge and experience in using modelling tools (e.g. BPMN, UML diagrams)
- applied IT expertise, experience with API integration and understanding of software architecture fundamentals
- excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- business acumen - demonstrating a strong, creative analytical approach with attention to detail and the ability to articulate thoughts & solutions in a logical manner
- practical working experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- experience with JIRA and Confluence
- excellent command of English (C1 level minimum)
