IAM Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrator with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role is not just about technical support—it's about owning the solution, understanding the product deeply, and delivering proactive technical customer success. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, technical acumen, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.🙋‍♀️

✅ Your responsibilities:

• Customer Success & Solution Ownership: Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and ensuring the successful use of the EmpowerID product.
• Domain Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of IAM concepts, EmpowerID workflows, connectors, and client-specific configurations.
• Proactive Management: Perform daily health checks on the customer’s application, infrastructure, and hardware. Set up and maintain monitoring, reporting, and alerts for critical components.
• Issue Resolution & Communication: Troubleshoot complex issues, provide step-by-step technical solutions, and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in quarterly planning meetings, client training sessions, and provide feedback to the product team to drive enhancements.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Validate and deploy fixes, patches, and hotfixes across DEV, UAT, and Production environments.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date documentation on client-specific solutions and changes, ensuring transparency and knowledge transfer.

🧠 Our requirements:

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., RBAC, PAM, SoD) and experience with relevant technologies and connectors.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

💻 Preferred Technical Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SQL for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and tools like Postman.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Microservices).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
• Prior coding experience is a plus

🎓Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in IAM solutions.
• Relevant certifications in IAM or related fields are a plus.
