The Opportunity

As one of our first hires, you’ll be pivotal in shaping the product’s future and success. We’re looking for a skilled Python/Go developer to help us accelerate the launch of robust, developer-friendly services. In close collaboration with our CTO, you’ll play a critical role in making Session Sentinel intuitive, powerful, and tailored to meet market demands.

Your work will empower our partners with a top-tier defense against session hijacking and credential compromise, providing essential breach visibility for their mission-critical applications. This role offers a unique chance for professional growth and a significant stake in a pioneering product leveraging advanced cryptographic technology.

You will

• enhance functionality with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and seamless integration
• create comprehensive technical documentation to help developers and clients effectively implement our SDKs
• integrate user feedback to drive ongoing improvements in features, usability, and security
• lead initiatives to deliver solutions aligned with clear business requirements
• identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing project challenges

You have

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python, with a strong focus on scalable service development 
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or in a related field
• hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• a proactive mindset with great communication skills and the ability to independently drive initiatives 
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively, even under pressure

You have an advantage with

• in-depth understanding of cybersecurity technologies and standards, particularly in authentication and authorization
• proven experience and understanding of IT architecture principles across infrastructure platforms
• experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• familiarity with the fast-paced, dynamic demands of a startup environment
