DevOps Engineer (AWS)

We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a long-term project for our client, a leading financial institution in the Baltics. This bank operates a cloud-first infrastructure with a strong security, compliance, and automation focus. If you have expertise in AWS, Terraform, and configuration management tools and thrive in a structured corporate environment, we encourage you to apply.

🔷 Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Virtual Machines)
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
• Manage configuration and orchestration for Linux (primarily) and Windows (minor deploys) systems
• Work on CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to improve deployment automation
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Observability teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure security and compliance best practices are met within the infrastructure
• Participate in infrastructure development and automation initiatives

🎯 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles
• Strong expertise in AWS and Terraform
• Experience with Chef.io, alternative experience with Ansible, SaltStack, or Puppet is a plus, provided the candidate is willing to learn Chef.io
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Virtual Machine management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Strong understanding of security and compliance processes in cloud environments
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
