Data CoP Business Analyst (B2B)

Responsibilities

Communities of Practice (CoP) Management & Support:

• Assist in planning, designing, and launching CoPs, ensuring clear objectives, goals, and success metrics are established.
• Develop strategies to attract and engage members, fostering collaboration and a strong sense of community.
• Organize and facilitate CoP activities such as workshops, presentations, discussions, and peer learning sessions. Conduct needs assessments and analyze engagement data to identify key challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, successes, and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide ongoing support to CoP members, addressing their concerns and ensuring valuable participation.

Technology & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Utilize collaboration and knowledge management tools, including Microsoft Teams and Confluence, to support CoP activities. Stay informed on emerging trends in community management and technology to enhance CoP effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and subject matter experts.
• Communicate proactively about CoP initiatives, progress, and challenges while advocating for their value within the organization.
• Experience with specific technologies relevant to data, architecture, and integration.
• Familiarity with AI / GenAI tools and familiarity with Data Science and data processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Understanding of project management methodologies (preferably experience). Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. 
• Experience with agile methodologies. 
• Experience with specific technologies relevant to data, architecture, and integration. 
• Certifications in business analysis, project management, or community management. 
• Familiarity with AI / GenAI tools and basic experience with Data Science and data processes - nice to have.
