Position Overview:

The AI Builder will play a pivotal role in optimizing and automating operational processes, managing internal AI resources, and developing tailored solutions to enhance business efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Centralized AI Content Hub: Create and manage a hub to store and query internal workflows, including pitch decks, Salesforce data, and other tools.
• FAINT Framework Integration: Populate Hubspot Deals with data from calls and inbound emails.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct SEO analysis, identify ranking opportunities, and oversee large-scale content generation.
• Email Personalization: Develop personalized email templates for cart abandonment and churn intervention campaigns.
• Process Automation: Implement and manage automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Salesforce, including configuration and report building.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, with regular user experience preferred.
• Expertise in API integrations with platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in English
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical or operational support role.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with startups or member-based organizations.
• Exposure to revenue operations, sales, marketing, or customer success functions.
