Internship – Technical Support Intern for Mobile Solutions

As an Enterprise Technical Support we provide direct after-sales technical support and troubleshooting of mobile related issues in enterprise IT environment, which keeps customer’s mobile workforce working efficiently. Our B2B customers are located in the whole EMEA region. Our experts are ready to conduct proactive assessment, provide reliable support, handle escalations of various sorts/degrees, as well as tailor solutions to fulfill B2B organization's unique needs.

As an Intern in B2B Technical Support you will work on recreating customer’s issues related with mobile devices operating in complex enterprise IT environments.

Role and Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related with any incompatibility between mobile devices, MDMs, Android architecture, VPNs, Active Directory, applications etc.

Skills and Qualifications 

• IT enthusiast 
• Fluent English (including business and technical) 
• Analytical thinking 
• Problem solving

Nice to have

• Ability to read device logs 
• Experience with Android development and architecture
