Role and Responsibillities

• Optimize the solutions architecture and implementation methods to improve systems performance.
• Conduct feasibility study for new technologies or solutions to be incorporated in final products supporting delivery of requested features.
• Supervise code quality, participating in the code review process
• Optimize solutions performance by improving code efficiency
• Provide substantive support for junior developers sharing best practices and frameworks
• Assist in shaping end vision of the product, which includes new fields in which such can deliver benefits to stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java
• Frameworks: In-depth understanding of Spring Framework
• Databases: Experience working with SQL databases
• APIs: Knowledge of designing and implementing REST APIs
• Containerization: Familiarity with using Docker containers
• Operating Systems & DevOps Skills: Basic familiarity with Linux and fundamental DevOps practices
• Testing Techniques: Comprehensive knowledge of unit (UT), integration (IT) and end-to-end (E2E) testing methodologies

Nice to have

• Frontend Technologies: Understanding of frontend stacks like JavaScript, Thymeleaf
• Additional Programming Language: Familiarity with Python
• Build Tools: Experience with build tools like Gradle
• Application Servers: Knowledge of deploying applications on servers like Apache Tomcat
