As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality software releases for global organizations. By leveraging cutting-edge QA frameworks, tools, and methodologies, you’ll help drive operational excellence and deliver robust, reliable products.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and Maintain Automated Test Frameworks: Build scalable, reliable, and reusable frameworks for web, mobile, and backend applications using modern tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
• Integrate with CI/CD Pipelines: Embed automated tests within GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins pipelines to guarantee continuous quality checks.
• Cover All Testing Aspects: Implement functional, regression, performance, and security tests, employing tools like JMeter, Gatling, Locust, OWASP ZAP, or Burp Suite.
• Ensure Cloud Readiness: Collaborate with DevOps to test on AWS, Azure, GCP, using platforms like AWS Device Farm or Sauce Labs for advanced test scenarios.
• Automate API and Microservices Testing: Use frameworks such as REST Assured, Postman, or Robot Framework to validate integration points and microservice architectures.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to define test strategies, identify issues early, and maintain a high-quality standard.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in QA Automation or a similar role, with hands-on experience in agile environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Automation Tools: Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
• Scripting: Strong skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or .NET.
• CI/CD: Familiarity with GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
• Performance & Security: Exposure to JMeter, Gatling, or similar is highly beneficial.
• Cloud & Containerization: Awareness of AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, or related cloud-native tech.
• Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken).

Important Note: We don’t expect you to have expertise in all the listed skills! A combination of those that aligns with your experience and demonstrates senior-level knowledge is what we’re looking for.
