UX/UI Designer Freelance

Salary range: 60 - 80 zł net / hour (B2B contract, freelance)

We are looking for an experienced freelancer who not only shares our values but is also highly skilled in crafting phenomenal user experiences 🎨✨. We are looking for someone to work with on a permanent part-time basis.

Sometimes there is a need to visit some clients at home and abroad ✈️🌍 or work with physical equipment (machines 🛠️) that we keep in the office, so we will prefer candidates from the Warsaw area.

Requirements  

✅ Proven experience in designing UX/UI projects for mobile apps, web apps, and (that's what we're mostly looking for) HMIs.

✅ Capability to perform discovery workshops.

✅ Familiarity with Figma 🎨 and creating prototypes in it.

✅ Ability to design vector icons and illustrations 🖌️.

✅ Ability to create animations 🎥.

✅ Rich portfolio of UX/UI projects 📂.

✅ Proficiency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate in an international environment. 🌍

What kind of orders do you get from us?  

🎯 Conducting discovery workshops along with our software engineering experts.

🖼️ Creating mockups and use scenarios.

📱 Designing complete UI for HMI screens, mobile, and web apps.

📰 Designing digital and physical graphics designs for marketing (PDFs, flyers, thumbnails, banners, etc.).
