What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications.
• Build, optimize and maintain Generative AI solutions
• Collaborate with a skilled, cross-functional team to bring innovative solutions to life.
• Work on projects with global impact, influencing the experiences of millions of people.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience working on projects with Python (preferably with a focus on conversational AI)
• Proficiency in Python and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Hands-on experience with building custom and personalized Generative AI solutions like ChatBots, Agentic workflows, RAG systems
• Experience with building controlled text-to-image applications (e.g. Stable Diffusion with ComfyUI)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and contribute to innovative research and projects
• Ability to work in programming languages relevant to conversational AI development (e.g., Python)
• Experience in developing applications using Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology
• Ability to work with Docker and familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of API standards, including GraphQL and REST
• Experience with version control systems, preferably GIT
• Very good command of both spoken and written English and Polish
