Senior Data Scientist (BioPharma)

We are looking for Senior Data Scientist who will undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.

Our biopharma Client is expanding its genomic data science capability to enable the exploration of data from multiple suppliers, with an aim to provide insights into the genomic drivers of common diseases and to facilitate the identification of novel therapeutic targets. This role will ensure that you work at the highest level of the scientific world.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract 

• UoP: 16 000 - 19 000 PLN gross monthly
• B2B: 130 - 150 PLN +VAT/hour

You might be the perfect match if you have:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist and/or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in modules like pandas and numpy, and expertise in writing machine learning algorithms.
• Knowledge of statistical tests and their applications.
• Experience with data visualization using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Proven experience in Life Science R&D, including but not limited to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related fields.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• A PhD in a field related to genetics or biology.
