Join us as IT Support Specialist Junior/Mid position in Wrocław!
IT Support Specialist in Siili is someone who:
- maintains company IT assets on a daily basis, including computers, peripheral devices, and networking equipment,
- manages the troubleshooting of hardware issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations,
- helps with hardware inventory management and tracking IT assets,
- coordinates hardware repairs and service requests with external vendors as needed,
- performs routine office checks to ensure optimal hardware availability and performance,
- installs, configures, and updates operating system software and applications for end users to ensure they have the necessary tools for their work,
- processes software license requests,
- handles office access card requests, including: issuing new cards, updating access permissions, and deactivating cards for departing employees,
- occasional travels to company offices to provide on-site IT support.
IT Support Specialist in Siili essentials:
- basic to intermediate knowledge of IT hardware - computers and networking equipment,
- familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems (OS installation and configuration),
- knowledge of user account provisioning and access management (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory),
- familiarity with the administration of collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence,
- experience with IT ticketing systems,
- good communication in English,
- attention to detail, especially in IT asset tracking and security-related tasks
- strong organizational skills and the willingness to build the business of Siili together.
