SCCM Engineer

A global organization with a growing presence in Poland is seeking an experienced IT Engineer with expertise in Microsoft SCCM to join their team in Wroclaw. This role will be responsible for managing software deployment systems in an SCCM environment, supporting business operations across multiple regions.

You will be required to attend the office on-site 3 days per week in Wroclaw

The SCCM Engineer will be responsible for:

• Manage software deployment systems in SCCM.
• Create and deploy software application packages.
• Build and deploy operating system images, including managing device drivers.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with regional IT teams to resolve deployment issues.
• Stay up to date with SCCM best practices.
• Identify and propose improvements to deployment processes.
• Support HQ IT staff with server and backup solutions management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SCCM
• Some knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10+, and Windows Server 2016+.
• Experience with networking concepts, including DNS and protocols.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to present technical findings to management.

Preferred:

• Experience with ITIL Change Management.
• Knowledge of server and backup solutions management.
