As a Senior Analytic Engineer, you will create tools to leverage the data generated by millions of people who use MyTherapy to take their medications safely. Join us in the transformation of our Data tooling into a fully-fledged solution, and help us build a solid technical foundation such as new data warehouse or Self-Service BI solution.
Work model: Remote (in-office presence required for company/team-wide events, e.g. once per quarter).
Offered remuneration: 1200 - 1400 PLN/daily on B2B
Daily tasks:
- Enable Data Analysts and Data Scientists to provide high-quality data analyses.
- Design end-to-end data pipelines for data integration in the cloud.
- Keep the architecture of the MyTherapy Data system coherent, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
- Align the data model with the engineering strategy and business objectives of the MyTherapy project.
- Work hands-on to build a technical foundation for fast, efficient and high-quality business intelligence solutions.
- Ensure that MyTherapy Data systems are available and do not interrupt daily business.
Must-haves:
- Expert knowledge of SQL.
- Expert knowledge of data modeling techniques in modern (cloud-based) warehouses.
- Expert knowledge of technical foundation for building dashboards and reports in BI tools.
- Experience in the integration of data from different sources (ex. mobile app, server component, and Firebase events).
- Mathematical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, organized team player.
- At least 4+ years of experience as an Analytic Engineer (or related position) supporting mobile applications or B2C web applications.
- Fluency in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to fully own, and manage internal IT projects such as for example data collection process change or migration to a new tool.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with dbt.
- Experience related to ETL/ELT data pipelines in a cloud environment: AWS tools, Snowflake.
- Production-grade coding skills in Python.
