Job description
We are looking for a Senior Citrix Specialist to join the Sopra Steria Polska team and contribute to a project for a leading French telecommunications company. The role involves designing, implementing, and developing Digital Workplace solutions to enhance information access and streamline collaboration, all while adhering to security requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Integration, operation, and evolution of the client’s virtual network administration offices.
- Maintain operational conditions of physical or virtual Citrix resources to ensure 24/7 connectivity for business support.
- Participation in all projects within the scope (updating Citrix infrastructure, evolving solutions).
- Operational maintenance and support for critical operations.
- Level 3 support in escalation from the production team.
- Industrialization and automation.
- Technical documentation updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Citrix (infrastructure & support).
- Scripting in PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments.
- Basic knowledge of Tanium, Packaging, and Cloud.
- Proficiency in French (B2 level).
- Diagnostic capability (Citrix/Windows/Network).
- Proactivity in ensuring quality of service.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and optimization of service (automation or delegation to L1/N2).
- Strong communication skills.
