Currently, our team consists of almost 1,000 specialists who share their expertise working in one of our two departments: Digital Platform Services or Application Services.
We are currently looking for ServiceNow Developer to join our Apps Services department in Sopra Steria – Golden Partner of ServiceNow. As a member of an international team, you will be working closely with our foreign client in the telecommunications industry on the development and improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.
Responsibilities:
· Solution/technical design based on customers’ requirements
· Implementation, deployment, and maintenance of features
· Delivery of complex solutions during the implementation of ServiceNow products
· Active participation in communication with the client and advisory role
Tech stack:
· ServiceNow
· JavaScript
· REST based integrations
· Scoped applications
· Flow designer
· Discovery
Must have requirements:
· Proven experience of min. 4 years ServiceNow development
· Good knowledge of Javascript
· Experience in the process of upgrading software (ServiceNow, SAP, Remedy, HPSM)
· Experience in implementing ServiceNow products
· English – B2/C1
· Very good communication skills
· Proactivity, ownership and self-management
· Engineer's degree in computer science or related field
· Ability to go on occasional business trips abroad and to our office in Katowice
Nice to have requirements:
· Knowledge of ITIL/experience of working with ITIL processes
· Experience of working in Agile teams
· Automated test framework experience
· Certificates in the field of ServiceNow
· GIT experience
