- Strong software engineering experience with Python
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI concepts and tools
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or LangGraph
- Experience building with or integrating LLMs for task automation, reasoning, or autonomous workflows
- Ability to design scalable, modular, and enterprise-grade solutions across BUs and functions
- Cloud platform experience with Azure or AWS
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with the Agent Development Kit (ADK) and MCP (Multi-agent Communication Protocol) - Nice to have
- Experience with CRM system integration (e.g. Dynamics 365) - Nice to have

The project focuses on developing agentic AI-driven solutions that enhance automation, decision-making, and customer engagement across business units. Our team is building scalable, modular, and extensible AI platforms integrated with enterprise CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365). These solutions are designed to support multiple departments through a plug-and-play architecture that enables localization and fast deployment in new business environments. The engineering setup is agile and collaborative, operating across several delivery hubs with a federated model.
- Build and maintain autonomous software agents using state-of-the-art LLM frameworks
- Collaborate with product owners and domain experts to build reusable components for business process automation
- Develop core infrastructure and reusable components to support the deployment of agent-based AI systems
- Work on agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM-powered integrations
- Implement scalable solutions integrated with CRM systems and enterprise data platforms
- Contribute to the design of modular, extensible, enterprise-grade architectures
- Fine-tune and evaluate AI agents for speed, accuracy, performance and maintainability across business units
- Contribute to CI/CD automation and maintain operational stability of agent services
