Salesforce Senior Tech Lead

Requirements description

Qualifications:

• Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with advanced knowledge of Apex, Batch API, Bulk API, Platform Events, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 
• Strong experience in Experience Cloud and Responsive Web Design (RWD). 
• Expertise in one or more Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, or B2B eCommerce. 
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant) are a strong plus. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools is an advantage. 

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce development. 
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques. 
• Experience in implementing Salesforce Einstein or other AI-driven features.

Your responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define objectives, and propose innovative solutions tailored to their needs. 
2. Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Lightning Flows, Apex and LWC. 
3. Develop and optimize Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring responsive design and seamless user experiences (RWD). 
4. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and tools as needed. 
5. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to team members. 
6. Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, adhering to security, scalability, and maintainability standards. 
7. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce platform features and technologies to incorporate them into solutions effectively.
