Senior C# Developer

Strategic Staffing Solutions International customer is a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management company. We are currently looking for a skilled Senior C# Developer for an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for an extension. 

This is a fully on-site position (5 days in the Warsaw office).

Our customer's global team designs and develops systems that support both on-premise Active Directory and cloud-based identity platforms. They focus on delivering secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure services to meet the demands of a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a global team of platform engineers and developers to define, build, and maintain integrated architectures for secure and scalable infrastructure services.
• Execute the full software product lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Lead software engineering and re-engineering projects, contributing innovative solutions.
• Work with other platform teams to design and implement new features.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure high levels of uptime and reliability.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on C# development.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing software, with a willingness to learn new programming languages as needed.
• Experience in deploying and supporting software across the full Continuous Delivery lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of version control, continuous integration, and configuration management tools.
• Strong debugging skills for both new and existing software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to diverse teams.
• The ability to manage a high workflow rate and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are a plus:

• Experience working with public cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS (certification is a bonus).
• Knowledge of PowerShell software development and automated testing.
• Experience with JavaScript development, especially with Angular or React frameworks.
