    Job description

    The Data Architect with Semantic Graph Solutions is a strategic role that focuses on designing and implementing advanced data architectures utilizing graph technologies. This position is essential for organizations looking to enhance their data management capabilities through semantic technologies, ensuring that data is structured effectively to support analytics, AI, and business intelligence initiatives.


    Responsibilities

    • Graph Data Architecture Design: Develop and implement graph data models that accurately represent complex relationships between entities, utilizing standards such as RDF, OWL, and SKOS to structure enterprise data.
    • Taxonomy and Ontology Development: Design, manage, and maintain taxonomies and ontologies to improve knowledge representation and facilitate effective information retrieval across the organization.
    • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs, providing expert advice on the best practices for implementing graph-based solutions that align with their business objectives.
    • Technical Implementation: Lead the deployment of graph databases and ensure optimal performance and scalability in collaboration with database administrators and development teams.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of graph technologies into existing systems.
    • Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that solutions are delivered on schedule while meeting client expectations.


    Requirements

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture with a strong focus on graph databases and semantic technologies
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in graph database technologies (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune) and semantic web standards (RDF, OWL).
    • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solution development.
    • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
