SAP HCM Technical Architect

Team Connect is a leading Polish provider of nearshore and offshore IT services. Since 2008, we have been successfully creating and developing software for our clients. We specialize in software development based on Agile and DevOps. From the analysis stage to implementation. We develop backend, frontend and mobile applications.

We are also a Salesforce certified partner.

We are looking for SAP HCM Technical Architect to work with our client.

Location: Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and economic viability.
• Define the scope, software architecture, process design, and cost estimation for upcoming projects, specifically within the SAP HCM solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with the bid team to prepare and present project proposals for external clients.
• Analyze technology trends and advise stakeholders on the implementation of relevant SAP HCM products and technologies.
• Lead a team of SAP consultants, fostering skill development and team growth

Requirements:

• Successfully completed at least one project as a Technical Architect/Technical Lead in an SAP HCM environment.
• Strong technical background in ABAP and ABAP OO.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in enterprises and their mapping in S/4HANA, particularly within HCM, as well as all stages of a project’s lifecycle.
• Extensive knowledge of the SAP HCM solutions portfolio.
• Awareness of new SAP HCM products, including industry-specific solutions tailored to various sectors.
• Excellent communication and top-level presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.
